TREATMENT RECOMMENDATIONS:



Standard Dosage: Twice a day, dissolve 1 rounded teaspoon of the powder in a glass of water and drink. The first time should be at least 1 hour after breakfast and the second time at least 1 hour after supper. Figureform™ Alkalizing Mineral Powder Express must not be dissolved in carbonated water, fruit juices or other kinds of acid beverages. Maintenance Dosage: Once a day, at least one hour after supper, take 1 slightly rounded teaspoon of powder as described above.
